This weekend:

Terence Crawford and his undercard buddies will get easy wins as the  Mirage  continuous of making us think these are real fights. The Top Rank stable needs to set-up the level of competition.

Danny Garcia vs Adrian Granados

This fight really depends on which version of Garcia shows up, if the Garcia that fought Porter shows up, Danny wins. Garcia has a hard time against guys that want to box, he knocked Khan out but got outclassed by Mauricio Herrera four years ago. When Danny is in tip-top shape, he can hang with anyone on the planet. Looking forward to a good fight. Lots of future money on the line with this fight.

Srisaket Sor Rungvisai vs Juan Francisco Estrada

I like Rungvisai, he is great. But I think his time is up. I think he has already hit his peak and is about to run into a wall when he fights a ready Estrada. A year ago I would have picked Rungvisai, but I think Estrada Coasts to a unanimous decision and gets in the top 15 P4P conversation.

Regis Prograis vs Kiryl Relikh

This will be an exciting fight as  most expect Prograis to get the KO.

Canelo Alvarez vs Daniel Jacobs:

The big one: as a fan I’m rooting for the underdog Jacobs. He has the most speed and power in the entire division. I think Canelo’s  aggression and come forward style will win him most of the rounds. I think Canelo will win a decision not because the judges are on his side, but because he will simply do more. If Jacobs doesn’t  stagger Canelo, he can’t outbox him (Jacobs has very limited energy at 160) Don’t get me wrong Jacob’s is gifted like few are – the problem is he doesn’t have the stamina and energy to do what he wants to do. He picks his spots to much, thinks to much and  relies on this power too much.
 This fight has the potential to be a fight of the year candidate and also has the potential of being a very boring Floyd Mayweather style type Fight.

Miguel Berchelt vs Francisco Vargas

Looking forward to this battle, but it’s hard to bet against Berchelt, he is very talented.

Jarrett Hurd vs Julian Williams

Hurd has really stepped up his game and should role threw Williams. Hurd is really starting to set the Bar for the Super Welterweight division.

Emanuel Navarrete vs Isaac “Royal Storm” Dogboe

I predicted the upset last time these guys fought. Dodboe’s speed, power and determination are great, but a well rested, taller Navarrete is a tall order. Should be a good fight though. Looks to be more of the same as the first fight. If NeHo can somehow get the win it would be  spectacular thought.

Josh Taylor vs Ivan Baranchyk

Hold on to your seat for this one. I think Taylor has a slight edge, this is why we watch. Taylor vs Baranchyk is going to be a good old fashion scrap.
