World Boxing Council female featherweight champion,  Jelena Mrdjenovich will defend her crown Saturday night at the Shaw Conference Center in Edmonton, Canada, against Italian challenger Vissia Trovato.

 

Jelena comes from her fiftieth fight, determined to prove she`s the best pound-for-pound fighters today. Trovato, on the other hand, comes from losing in a close fight against the Mexican Erika Cruz Hernandez for the WBC Silver crown, in a match held in Italy.

Both fighters had no problem at the weight ceremony.

Mrdjenovich 125.2 pounds.

Trovato 124.2 pounds.
