The COVID 19 Virus took us by storm and hit America hard, maybe forever changing the way we live our every day lives.

We have gone without any of the major sports being played for at least four months with no end in sight, Top Rank Boxing and Broadcast television powerhouse ESPN have amazingly put on 12 terrific boxing shows in the last 30 days. There seems to be a great plan to keep bringing these terrific fun evenings to the national audience for the near future.

Some will complain about the quality of the shows, but I will say I have really enjoyed the shows just as much as the major shows that were being put on pre-virus.

As a teenager I was never a fan of Oreo cookies, they just never hit the spot. During a 20 day camping adventure when food was very limited and scarce, my friends and I got to enjoy a pack of Oreo cookies, and I tell you what, cookies never tasted so good.

In a time of much needed live sports, Top Rank and ESPN are champions not only of sport , but of the people.
