On this day in history, young Mike Tyson defeats Mitch Green by UD in a 10 rounds bout; Tyson arrived to the fight with  an undefeated record of 20 victories with 19 KO´s.

Mike would conquer the WBC heavyweight world title 7 fights later by defeating Trevor Berbick on November 22, of that same year.
