Mexican Alejandra Jimenez, who sought to make history by becoming a double world champion will not be able to dispute the supermiddle title of the World Boxing Council, against  champion Franchon Crews Dezurn, due to visa problems.

Maricela Cornejo will be the new rival of Franchon, who is making the first defense of her world title.

Franchon Crews Dezurn has distinguished herself as an excellent  fighter. She`s only been defeated on one occasion and it was during her professional debut against the undisputed champion, Claressa Shields, whom she provided a battle royale!

Maricela Cornejo, who was in great physical condition, having considered a fight in the next future, will try to become the new WBC champion.

Crews Dezurn won the crown just last September 13, beating Maricela Cornejo by majority decision, so this rematch is expected to be very exciting.

The card stars Jaime Munguía vs Patrick Allotey and it wil take place in Carson, California.

Crews Dezurn: 167.6 Lbs.

Cornejo: 166.8 Lbs.
